Numbers don't lie, people do
Piotr joined Baltic Growth Partners in May 2019. He moved to us from a logistics company in Gdynia, where he handled transport profitability for 5 years. In our company, he does what most salespeople dislike – he sits in spreadsheets and looks for leaking money. He's not interested in pretty slides, only hard data from CRM systems. We work on hard numbers and Piotr is the best example of that.
In 2023 alone, Piotr analyzed processes in 34 manufacturing companies. In each case, he found margin calculation errors that cost owners an average of 12,840 PLN monthly. His work consists of catching moments where salespeople waste time on customers who will never place an order. Results matter, not promises.
What he does daily
- Calculates the real cost of acquiring one customer with a precision of 40 groszy.
- Cleans databases in CRM so salespeople call only people with a specific budget.
- Builds simple reports in Power BI that show the boss the truth about sales in 15 seconds.
- Implements automatic notifications thanks to which the salesperson calls the customer back in an average of 14 minutes.
Piotr believes the Baltic region has no secrets from us, provided you can read market statistics from Lithuania or Latvia. He lives in Gdansk in Morena. After work, he doesn't look at a screen. He restores old mechanical clocks. He says that in a mechanism, just as in sales, every gear must earn for itself. If one stops, the entire system loses energy.
