Ewa Zielińska – Effective Sales in the North

Ewa joined Baltic Growth Partners in February 2017. Since then, she has guided 43 Polish companies through the entry process to Lithuanian and Latvian markets. She doesn't believe in empty promises. She focuses on what is realistically visible in an Excel spreadsheet. In 2023, her projects generated total revenue of 8.4 million PLN for clients in new markets.

She specializes in organizing processes from scratch. If your company is standing still, Ewa will find the bottleneck in 48 hours. The Baltic region has no secrets from us, and Ewa knows local purchasing habits better than anyone else. We work on hard numbers, so every one of her reports is a concrete task list, not theoretical considerations.

Last year Ewa recruited and trained 14 salespeople for three large exporters from Pomerania. She shortened the average onboarding time for a new employee from 5 months to just 34 days. This is concrete time and money savings for the company owner. Results matter, not promises – that is her main slogan during every working meeting.

For Ewa, facts matter. Before proposing a strategy, she analyzes data from the last 24 months of the client's activity. If she sees that a given product has no chance in Tallinn or Riga, she says it straight to the eye. She saved over 215,000 PLN in unnecessary advertising expenses for just one of our construction industry clients between March and July 2024.

Before joining Baltic Growth Partners, she managed sales at a logistics company in Gdynia for 8 years. There she learned that in business, punctuality and hard data matter. In our team, she is responsible for contact with key trading partners from Vilnius, with whom we have cooperated regularly since September 2018.
