Experience and concrete results
Anna joined Baltic Growth Partners in February 2019. Previously, for 4 years, she worked in the marketing department of a large trading company from Gdynia. Here, she handles hard data. She's not interested in pretty pictures if sales don't follow. Results matter, not promises, which is why she starts every workday by analyzing customer acquisition costs in the advertising panels of our contractors.
Throughout 2023, Anna managed advertising budgets with a total value of 1,248,300 PLN. She managed campaigns for 23 companies from the service and production sectors. Her biggest success in the last six months was reducing the cost of acquiring an inquiry by 27% for a window and door joinery manufacturer. She did it in 19 business days by cutting redundant phrases and rebuilding the conversion path on the site.
The Baltic region has no secrets from us, and Anna feels best there. She runs campaigns targeted at the Lithuanian and Latvian markets. She knows that an ad in Vilnius must have a different message than one in Riga. She does not use ready-made patterns. We work on hard numbers, so Anna delivers reports every Tuesday by 10:00 AM. Every client sees exactly how much every zloty spent on Google and Meta ads earned.
We organize sales from scratch, and Anna's operational marketing is the foundation of these actions. Anna doesn't use complicated jargon. If tests show that a given channel is not earning, she says it directly after 72 hours instead of wasting the client's budget. Her average response time to technical customer queries is 54 minutes. This ensures that processes at Baltic Growth Partners move forward without unnecessary delays.
Besides operational work, Anna conducts analytics workshops. In 2023, she trained 142 employees from marketing and sales departments. She teaches them how to read data so they don't let agencies promising unrealistic reach deceive them. Her original spreadsheets for calculating marketing profitability have already been implemented by 18 companies from the Pomerania region.
Privately, Anna lives in Gdansk, near Oliwa Park. She spends her free time on a bike, usually choosing routes in Kashubia. She values simplicity and specifics, which is visible in every project she undertakes. At Baltic Growth Partners, she ensures that every strategy is reflected in growing sales bars for our business partners.
